I currently work in the healthcare integrations market, where I have gained valuable experience in collaborating across multiple organizations to enhance processes, develop sales enablement tools, and provide input into our go-to-market strategies. With 26 years of industry experience, I have developed a range of comprehensive tools, and while I undertake a variety of responsibilities, innovation is my primary passion.
My previous roles include positions as a Field Technician, Systems Engineer, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy engaging in creative endeavors such as using Adobe software, OpenAI, and Glide to develop apps that keep my mind active. My personal motto is to always go the extra mile and exceed expectations.

Brian Banks
I embarked on my professional journey in communication security with the U.S. Army, where I had the honor of graduating as the Honor Graduate from the U.S. Army Signal School as a COMSEC Specialist. Over the course of 8 years, I served my country with distinction before receiving an Honorable Discharge.
Post my military tenure, I transitioned into the private sector as a systems designer and code developer for the weights and measures industry with Hamilton Scales, which is a distributor of Mettler Toledo industrial batching systems.
Subsequently, I joined Lone Star Communications where I have been gainfully employed for the last 16 years, serving in various capacities such as Technology Integrations Engineer, Information Security Officer, and Mobile App Developer.
As a co-founder of ProApptiv, I continue to leverage my wealth of experience and expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs.
Cliff Switzer
With over 28 years of industry experience, I have journeyed from a Field Technician at Halco Life Safety Systems to my current role as a Healthcare Innovation Specialist at Lone Star Communications. Throughout my career, I've collaborated with some of the largest healthcare organizations in Texas, honing my expertise in healthcare communications systems and integrations.
I specialize in integrating nurse call communication systems with technologies like workflow management systems, RTLS, overhead paging, wireless phones, and EMR systems. My approach prioritizes listening to clients' needs and crafting tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
This role has been pivotal in shaping my understanding of effective workflow design, which seamlessly transitions into my work at ProApptiv, an innovative app development company I co-founded. At ProApptiv, we leverage this deep understanding to transform manual processes and existing data into efficient mobile applications, eliminating unnecessary bloatware and subscription fees. Our solutions focus on creating streamlined, user-friendly apps that drive productivity and cost savings.
